Can I change my order once placed?

How much is postage?

Postage costs vary depending on the number of items purchased. You can see postage charges upon checkout. We try our best to keep shipping charges as low as we possibly can. We do not want you to pay more than necessary for you to get your OoZ! All items are sent out via Royal Mail.

When will my order be shipped?

IF YOU ORDER BETWEN 15th-26th JUNE 2015 UK ORDERS WILL TAKE UP TO 10 WORKING DAYS TO ARRIVE.

We usually aim to get all items dispatched within 2-3 working days of payment, however please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us if you haven't received your item. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.

I've received my item and it looks different to the pictures on the website, why?

All splashed items are individually handmade so all patterns and styles will vary slightly, also we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our site. However the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we can not guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will be accurate.
