THE BEGINNING OF A JOURNEY

The story behind North°Twentytwo is simple, it all started with the idea of creating a high quality watch, designed and crafted for the harsh and varied yet beautiful climate of the north. The idea was born in a basement 22 kilometers North of Stockholm, the heart and capital of Scandinavia. The watch is designed and crafted to be easily adapted to all four seasons, resulting in a timepiece that can be used during the first rays of spring, summer outings and adventures, the leaf falls of autumn and the blistering cold of winter. We consider a watch to be more than just a tool for showing time, for us it is a work of art designed to complement and reflect the users personality and style. We have not taken any shortcuts during the production and only the best materials have been used to create what we are proud to call North°Twentytwo.

FOCUS ON QUALITY

All aspects during the production is carefully supervised. Every single North°Twentytwo watch is thoroughly tested before leaving our factory and being put around your wrist. Not until every single part and function of the watch is inspected we approve the timepiece. Our Japan Quartz movements are covered by a metal housing of the highest quality along with sapphire glass protecting the dials. The only way possible to either scratch or cut sapphire is with diamond, sapphire or ruby. The straps are made out of either authentic cow hide leather or the finest nylon fabric. Before packaging the timepiece is put trough a visual control and a quick polishing, all so that you as a costumer can get as much as possible out of your N°22 watch.

THE N°22 DESIGN

Our timepiece is put together with a variety of tiny parts and materials, all working in a perfect harmony creating the design we are proud to call North°Twentytwo. While creating the design of our timepiece we have gathered inspiration from all over Sweden as well as the rest of Scandinavia. Seastack on the shores of Gotland, northern lights in Kiruna, runestones and viking graves in Uppsala and the archipelago of Stockholm are just a few great examples of sources of inspiration. N°22 honors the Swedish heritage of watch making and is proud of the originality of Scandinavian design. We love variety and all of our straps are interchangeable, creating the possibly to adapt your watch to both occasion and season.
